  I want to compliment Nathan and his team. The whole experience was top notch! His team showed up when they said they would show up, finished on time, cleaned up as they went and were literally the nicest construction crew I have ever met! Everyone on this project was polite, respectful, professional and genuinely seemed to love their job. The Pavilion is beautiful and I can't say enough about their craftsmanship and quality of work. This was by far the best experience I have ever had with a construction project at my house! I highly recommend Nathan and his team!

  My experience with Backyard Unlimited was fantastic! From start to finish, they were great. Most of the process was done via email, and every time I had a question, I got a quick response. Yet, there was no hard sell. They've got a good product; a product that sells itself. Because I wanted to see the actual product before making my decision, I drove out to their facility in Vacaville, where again I had a pleasant experience. I wasn't rushed or pushed into any particular choice -- they wanted to do what would work best for us. In the end, we chose the 12' wood-reinforced vinyl model, with metal roof, electricity, cupola, and screen package. The gazebo is lovely and the price was even pretty good -- a great value for the money. And when it came time to install, the team that came out were on time, efficient, friendly, and polite. They knew what they were doing and in record time we had a new gazebo. I would highly recommend this company if you're looking for a gazebo.
