  Actually went to order a front door because Therma-Pro said this was their 'gallery' store. Ummm well they had 5 doors not really what you can or should call a gallery store. The person who helped me took all my information was going to check on the availability of the door I wanted to order, she never called me back. I called her and I'm still waiting for that call back.... finally went to Lowes and ordered the door. Lacking customer service for sure.

  Went in looking for odds and ends to build a school project. The parts I got were not a good match for my project but the service was on point. Quick assistance in isles and at the counter.
