  The people at the Plumbery are very nice and very helpful. They don't pressure you at all and are more than happy to quote prices on anything and everything that you want. They will open up catalog after catalog to show you options all with a smile. But God help you if you need to get a special ordered item from their warehouse. The shipment took 10 days longer than originally quoted to arrive at their warehouse, but that happens and isn't really their fault. Then it sat at their warehouse for 2 1/2 more days while I called and called to see if it was ready to pickup. Kept being told it wasn't there yet, even though the tracking# and the people at the store said otherwise. Each time hoping that they'd get the order processed by the next day so we could finish our Kitchen. So I finally on the third day I went back into the store and they pulled it up on their computer, said it was at the warehouse, just not at the right side of the warehouse yet. So they'd send a message to them to get it processed (I'd think they could process special orders a bit faster than that) and ready for pickup right away so I could go pick it up right then. So I drove the 40 minutes to the warehouse and was told "it will be a couple of minutes" then they disappeared and I sat for 15 minutes with no sign of anyone at all. Finally gave up and went back to work late with nothing to show for it. Just an empty spot in our kitchen sink where it would be nice to have a faucet and dirty looks from co-workers wondering where I was.
