  Thought I was getting a great deal!! All new accessories for 3 i phones 6plus for free. Well not the case, I notice my bill a month later I had charges for financing the accessories. When I went to the store to address the issue, store manager was not there but was told by other employee that since my 30 day grace period was up and not able to return. Of course store manager denied ever saying that the items were completely free. So now I'm stuck with a $300 bill of accessories that I could of bought online for a fraction of price. Will never refer anyone to this store! Feel taken advantage of.

  Best experience i have had in a cell phone store. All the employees were super friendly and very knowledgeable. Great decision to switch to T-Mobile
